to Planning and Organizing your Magical vacation
  1. Determine your vacation date and how many days you want to spend. Will you have any non-park days? What parks do you want to visit? (including water parks)
  2. Book your resort, tickets, memory maker, transportation, and travel insurance. Create My Disney Experience account and link reservations and tickets. Make park reservations.
  3. Explore dining options and reserve table service and fine-dining restaurants up to 60 days out. Know the popular hard-to-get ones and how to book reservations on My Disney Experience.
  4. Explore non-park activities (resort pool time, miniature golf, Disney Springs, Boardwalk, nearby beaches, etc.). What do you want to do during your non-park time?
  5. What rides & attractions do you want to prioritize? (know height requirements for children).
  6. Are there any shows & entertainment or tours you want to do? Make reservations 60 days out, if necessary. (includes Star Wars Savi’s Workshop & Droid Depot)
  7. Make your itinerary. Have a plan yet be flexible and have fun! Research tips to make the most of your trip.
